Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
✔ All tickets once purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances.
✔ Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly mentioned.
✔ Refunds will not be issued for missed event, delay in arrival, or failure to attend.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is cancelled by the organizers:
- Full or partial refund may be issued at organizer’s discretion.
- User may be allowed to transfer ticket to another event/date.
- Decision will be based on venue availability, vendor commitments, and safety regulations.
3. Incorrect Booking
✔ Please verify ticket type, date, number of guests, and pricing before paying.
✔ No changes to ticket type or guest count after final payment.
4. Technical Issues During Payment
In case of technical error or payment deducted without ticket confirmation:
- Email payment proof to tick8.socials@gmail.com
- Provide transaction ID and email/phone used at checkout
- We will verify and respond within 72 business hours
