1. General Terms

By purchasing tickets via Tick8 and attending the event, you agree to comply with all event rules. Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket and government ID. Attendees must be over 18 unless specified. Management reserves admission rights. No outside food, beverages, illegal items, or hazardous substances allowed.

2. Ticketing & Pricing

Ticket prices may change based on sales phase (Early Bird / Regular / Last Minute). Convenience fees & payment gateway charges are non-refundable. Perks included in each ticket are fixed at the time of purchase.

3. Privacy Policy

We collect limited personal data for booking confirmation.

• Collected: Name, phone, email, order details
• Used for ticket confirmation and event updates
• We do not sell or share data

4. Shipping & Delivery (Digital)

• Tickets are delivered digitally (Email / WhatsApp / Download)
• No physical ticket shipment
• If not received within 10 minutes, contact support

5. Refund & Cancellation

No refund once ticket is purchased. In case of event cancellation, full or partial refund may be provided. Tickets remain valid if the event is postponed. Management decision is final.
